SWR Steel Cord Bucket Elevator Belt is specially designed for the needs of heavy-duty and vertical transportation. The weft steel cord of the elevator belt can withstand huge stresses while operating, to ensure the traverse stiffness of the belt and stability of the buckets.
The conveyor belt bears a lot of stress in the weft direction during operation. In order to ensure the lateral rigidity of the conveyor belt, the stability of the bucket and the long-term serviceability, the company designed and adopted the SW series steel cable core body of the internationally renowned Belgian company BEKAERT. The core body composed of warp steel cables with small diameters and weft steel cables arranged up and down has high tensile strength, high elongation and buckling resistance, and has good compliance with the wheel feeder.
Accurately walks in a straight line and can use smaller wheel diameters. At the same time, with three or five special layers of knees and various surface rubbers, the core body and the rubber are closely combined, and the service life is long.
